Those were the words of Friedrich Nietzsche, the 19th century philosopher when asked of his thoughts on leadership.

We agree. Leadership is personal and individual. To that we add our belief that truly great leadership derives from knowing yourself, having a compelling vision for your life, being clear on what you value most, and putting a leadership practice in place that assists others in doing the same.
